We want you to love every piece from Petals & Ore. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Exchange Policy — 7 Days

We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. If you'd like to exchange a product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Tags must not be removed
  • A photo of the product must be shared at the time of raising the request

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Products without original packaging
  • Customised or personalised items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please share a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Refunds are processed only in case of a defective product or if we are unable to fulfil an exchange. Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer. Please share your bank details when raising a refund request.

How to Raise a Request

Email us at petalsandore@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and photos. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.
