About the jewellery
What does anti-tarnish actually mean?
A protective coating is applied over the gold-tone finish during manufacturing. It slows the reaction between the metal and air, moisture and skin oils — the reaction that turns bright jewellery dull. It is a manufacturing step, not a marketing word. Our care guide explains how to make it last.
Is this real gold?
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. This is fashion jewellery with a gold-tone finish and an anti-tarnish coating. It is designed to look considered and last well at a price you can wear every day without worrying about it.
Will it irritate sensitive ears?
Most people wear ours without trouble, and the coating is part of why. But skin is individual and we cannot promise anything about yours. If you react to a piece, tell us and we will take it back.
How heavy are they?
Light. Most of our earrings are designed to be forgotten about by lunchtime. Individual weights are listed on each product page.
Ordering and delivery
How long will it take?
We dispatch within one working day. Delivery is 1 to 2 days to metro cities and up to 8 days to more remote pincodes. Full detail on our shipping page.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, and we do not charge extra for it. If you pay online instead we take 10% off your order, up to ₹49.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link by WhatsApp or SMS once your order is dispatched. If you do not receive it within 24 hours of placing your order, message us at +91 63598 49694.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us as soon as you can. If it has not been dispatched we can change or cancel it. Once it is with the courier we cannot, but you can return it once it arrives.
Returns and exchange
What if the item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a pickup at our cost and send a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.
Can I exchange for a different design?
Yes — within 7 days of delivery. Item must be unused and in its original packaging. Message us and we will sort it.
The colour looks different from the photo.
Screens render gold tones differently — warmer on some phones, cooler on others. A slight difference is normal and not a defect. If it is more than slight, message us and we will look at it.
